COLLECT

With a solid academic background in applied geophysics and archaeology, I have extensive experience in data acquisition, management and integration from heterogeneous sources.

I have collected, organized and curated large-scale datasets for multidisciplinary research, ensuring high standards of data quality, consistency, and reproducibility.

Proficient in Python, SQL, I manage end-to-end data workflows — from raw data extraction to the creation of structured and reliable datasets.

Process

I work across the full analytical workflow, from exploratory and inferential analysis to understand patterns, distributions, and relationships, to business-focused analysis that turn data into actionable insights. I apply machine learning techniques for classification, regression, and pattern detection, and integrate geospatial analysis techniques to model spatial dynamics and location-based trends. My background as a researcher has strengthened my ability to design analytical processes, test hypotheses, and extract meaningful insights from complex datasets. I use Jupyter Notebook and rely on Python libraries for statistical analysis, modeling, and data transformation.

ABOUT ME

With a background in archaeology and expertise in data analysis, I bring over ten years of experience in academic and scientific research — including eight years in Germany at the Christian-Albrechts-Universität zu Kiel, where I obtained a PhD in Applied Geophysics for Archaeology. I recently completed a Master’s in Data Analysis, combining scientific rigor with a passion for data processing and storytelling.

From data collection and processing to analysis, modeling, and visualization, I manage the full analytical workflow with proficiency in Excel, Python, R, SQL, SPSS, Power BI, and GIS tools.

My experience in archaeology taught me to uncover hidden patterns; data science allows me to reveal them through numbers, visualizations, and stories that drive understanding and innovation.

I am available for short-term projects, consultancy, and part-time or long-term collaborations.
